Our studio approach, based on an understanding of the importance of body development proportionally to the skill of level performance. There is a fine line between perfecting professional skill and keeping imagination and spirit alive. ( Where Spirit as excellent disposition or attitude in terms of vigor, courage, firmness of intent) Each level of physical and mental development requires recognition, differentiation and interchanges of priorities.
To emphasize a few important outlines in a process of preporation, designed to make possible the achievement of an ultimate goals, we want to guide our students through their intention to make changes, learn sensation and muscle awareness, build up proportions between flexibility and strength, understand fluctuation between range of motion, tension and power , recognize importance of spatial orientation training, ability to be present and capacity to focus without ''zoning out'', intention to create expressive energy, fluidity, rhythm, visualization. It is important for Athlets, or Dancers.

Golf is a postural remaining game.
Proper body action requires proper alignment and connection to unlock power and consistency.
Focus on using the body, not the hands and arms to make the right movement.
Learn rotational movements of the arms during the swing, fully extended and straightened - the secret to great driving.
Improve flexibility to achieve a greater range of motion. Spiral the torso with power and speed.
Build up proper balance and counter-balance of the feet, ankles, knees and hip joints to create the right motion through impact. Eliminate "sway".
